Entry Table Decorations That Bridge The Gap Between Summer and Fall
As soon as the kids go back to school I want to deep clean the house and start the Fall decorating party, but… it’s also 100 degrees outside and it feels like it’s a bit too soon.
So, I do little refreshes in key areas of the house. I pick a spot, clean it up a bit, and add a few transitional touches that can scratch the itch without going too far over the top. Today I spruced up our entry table decorations and I thought I’d share what I did in case you need some fresh ideas for updating the decorations on your entry table in a seasonally appropriate way.
Refresh Before Fall With These entry table decoration Ideas:
- Add a pretty stoneware pitcher with fresh eucalyptus sprigs or clippings from your yard.
- Arrange stacked coffee table books with warmer toned covers (I love the deep color of this book).
- Fill a pretty crystal candy dish with seasonal sweets (mine’s vintage but if you don’t have time to thrft, there are lots of great inexpensive options).
- Stack a set of storage boxes for decor + to hide entry table clutter (I love bone-inlay or leather!).
- Include pretty dish for corraling keys and other entry table essentials.
